Terms of service

Services. RedditQuora provides research, planning, drafting and community management for Reddit and Quora. Scope, price and delivery time for each order are confirmed in writing before payment.

Payment. Orders are paid in advance by the payment link we send (card via Stripe, WeChat Pay or Alipay). One-off deliverables are delivered within the stated time after payment.

Revisions and refunds. If a draft does not fit a target community's written rules, we rewrite it at no cost. If we cannot deliver an order, we refund it in full.

No guarantees on third-party platforms. Votes, visibility, moderation decisions and account actions on Reddit and Quora are decided by those platforms and their communities. We do not guarantee upvotes, rankings or that content will stay up.

Your accounts. We only post from accounts you own and authorize. You can revoke access at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims you approve.

Acceptable use. We decline work that breaks Reddit's or Quora's rules, including vote manipulation, fake accounts, fake reviews and ban evasion.

Independence. RedditQuora is not affiliated with Reddit Inc. or Quora Inc.
